Journal of Biological Researches Berkala Penelitian Hayati is international peer-reviewed, open access journal of life science, formerly is Berkala Penelitian Hayati, a scientific journal using indonesian language. The first edition of this journal is Vol 1 No 1 at June 1995. It was accredited by Ministry of Culture and Education number 134/DIKTI/Kep/2001 till 2011 and has been re-accredited for 26 April 2017 - 26 April 2022 by Ministry of Research and Higher Education number 32a/E/KPT/2017. It continue recorded by Zoological Record by Thomson Reuters since 2011. Since April 2012 the journal was change into English and the name of the journal change to Journal of Biological Researches. This journal is indexed by DOAJ, Crossref, Google Scholar, Academia.edu, Index Copernicus International, and EBSCO Host. This journal publishes original research, applied, review article, and educational articles in all areas of biology. Authors are encouraged to submit complete unpublished and original works, which are not under review in any other journals. The scopes of the journal include, but not limited to, the following topic areas: botany, zoology, ecology, microbiology, physiology, nano biology, coastal biology, hydrobiology, neurobiology, genetics, developmental biology, biochemistry and molecular biology, biophysics and life science.
