Agroalimentaria

Agroalimentaria is a refereed indexed journal, specialized in the area of social sciences related to agriculture, food, nutrition, rural development and topics linked with the environment and sustainability of agro food systems. Articles and reviews should be sent in 1.5 line spacing in letter size paper (21.59 x 27.94 cm), with symmetrical margins (1 inch or 2.5 cm.) and 12-point Times Roman type style (by using Microsoft Word or Open Office as text editors). Maximum length for articles is 25 pages (10,000 words); and 5 pages (2,000 words) for reviews, including tables, graphics, figures and photographs. The latter should be sent in separated files, together with the text, clearly indicating where they should be inserted. Manuscripts can be written in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese, and the Editor reserves himself the right to request more extensive articles or reviews. Agroalimentaria appears twice a year, both printed and in electronic version. Its printed version is in 1/14 format (or ISO B5, 176 x 250 mm), with two columns. It publishes articles in four languages, and abstracts appear in the initial pages in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, in a single column. It is printed in bond paper, and its cover, in glassé paper with two colors (black and light blue) includes varied designs combining circles in different sizes. The cover contains the volume and number identification, the span of time, both (printed and electronic) ISSN, the Journal´s Website and also the sponsoring institution. The back cover presents the index, in the original language of each contribution.
