Realizing the arrangement grants and social assistance, management and accountability
for the area, the application of public sector accounting is very urgently needed as a tool for
transparency in realizing public accountability for achieving good governance. Position grants
and social assistance is one of the government’s efforts to minimize or reduce the level of poverty
in an area, the financial management of grants and social assistance must be in accordance with
Law No. 17 In 2003, PP 58 of 2005, Permendagri 13 of 2006, as amended several times, most
recently by Regulation No. 21 Year 2011 and Regulation No. 32 of 2011 as amended several
times, most recently by Regulation No. 14, 2016
