Land rights holders are required to use and utilize the land in accordance with the Spatial Plan for
the area as well as maintaining and prevent damage to the land that directly or indirectly may
result in changes to the physical or biological properties, it should be done in an effort to protect
soil functions, such as the ability of the soil to pressure changes or negative impact caused by an
activity in order to remain able to support humans and other living things like attempt recovery of
damaged land, agricultural land conservation, land rehabilitation efforts excavated mining, and so on.
