Conceptually, art is a means by which people combine their creativity and imagination, and the resulting emotions and ideas are shaped in various ways. Design is the process of creating an existing object before it is presented as a product by adhering to a plan. The shadow mission of the family, which is the smallest unit of the society, is the ability to ensure the shared values and cultural transfer of the Living Society. For society and people, habitat means settling in a place, living in a livable environment. The perception of art and design is also directly related to the social and cultural environment of the family in which they were raised. The aim of this study is to examine the methods of instilling the perception of art in the families who want to introduce their children to art and to determine the perceptual changes seen in the child. While making observations, qualitative and descriptive research techniques were used. The importance of the work is that the children who meet Art at an early age can observe the share of family and social environment in perception management. As a result, families were given the opportunity to access the finding of how the socio-economic and socio-cultural environment reflects this perception to the child through art.
