Pengaruh Keterlibatan Kerja dan Organizational Based Self Esteem Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior

This research was conduct to find out about the effect of job involvement, organization based self esteem, age, gender, and length of employment towards orgnizational citizenship behaviour. Sample of this research is Garuda Indonesia Tbk. Factory employment as much as 181 people with nonprobability sampling technique. The analyisis of data was Multiple Regression Analysis on significance level 0,05. The research result showed there was a significance effect of work involvement, organization based self esteem (OBSE), age, gender, and length of employment towards orgnizational citizenship behaviour. The proportions of variance from organizational citizenship behavior that been explain by independent variable are 19,4%, while the rest of 80,6% are effected by other variables outside of this research. Result of minor hypotesis pointed the dimensions of interest for self-esteem, having significant effects toward organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, active participant dimensions, main living interest, consistency with self-concept, OBSE and demographic variable: age, gender, and length of employment were not having significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior.
