The authors examined an anemia symptom which is quiet often admitted in the pediatric practice and able to develop in cases of hematological and somatic pathology. Directions of differential diagnostics are shown. Special attention is paid to the iron deficiency anemia of children of older age groups and adolescents. Endoscopic peculiarities of upper gastrointestinal bleeding of children are described.
