Article is devoted to general characteristics of the Institute of customs regimes in Ukraine from the perspective of the new Customs Code of Ukraine. Attention is paid to the innovations introduced by this revision. The estimation of these innovations is made. The positive and negative sides of them are described by the author in terms of their feasibility and impact on the efficiency of customs affair of Ukraine
