By approaching the concept of security taking into consideration the current reality and a future that does not allow us to postpone the elaboration of a topical strategy before such threats, the challenged launched by the states is perfectly justified if we take into account that: „The security of the future cannot be won only by using weapons, but also by acquiring deep understanding between all nations of the world”.
