Data Envelope Analysis is a linear programming technique used to measure the effectiveness in commercial and industrial enterprises. Since operating effectivness and productivity are very important issues these days and this method enables to evaluate a multiple input-output at the same time, most researchers prefer to use it. In the study, the technique and measurement efficiency of the wholesale and retail enterprisess in the ?stanbul Stock Exchange is measured. Being the most efficient and productive enterprisess, BIMAS and MEPET are considered to be well-conducted and more reliable than other enterprisess. On the other hand, UZERB has been assessed as the most risky business by the investors since it is not managed well and could not use its sources effectively.
