A Study on Personel Selection with Analitic Hierarchy Process

Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that allows selecting optimum decision among several decision alternatives. The purpose of this study is to take personnel selection process implemented in a company as a multi-criteria decision-making problem and perform the optimum personnel selection according to multiple criteria. This research has been conducted at an enterprise which operates in automotive sub-industry and plans to recruit personnel to multiple departments. In this research optimum personnel has been selected with analytic hierarchy process method by using Expert Choice program. At the end of the research it has been inferred that analytic hierarchy process can be effectively used as a method in personnel selection process.
