The article presents the substantive peculiarities of psychological support within comprehensive approach to the education of children with hearing loss. The important role of parents in the teaching and educational process of children with hearing loss is characterized, the basic principles of psychological activities and help, focused on the family interests is outlined. The author also analyzes the problem of psychological support of parents that bringing up children with disorders of auditory function in scientific research, the basic principles, directions and components of psychological support, the specifics of its realization is represented. The article states that psychological support as a part of comprehensive approach is a complex technology, special culture of support and assistance to the child and family in solving problems of personal development, interpersonal relations, education, socialization.
