The peculiarities of pedagogical activity and professionally important features of the teacher, which may contribute to the formation of burnout syndrome are considered in the article . The stages of process, main components and factors of the burnout syndrome are analyzed. A number of measures for prevention and overcoming of the burnout syndrome educational circles are suggested.
