USE OF THE GENERAL NONSPECIFIC ADAPTIVE REACTIONS OF THE ORGANISM FOR HYGIENIC RATING OF CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS

The paper is devoted to the study of the possibility of using the general nonspecific adaptive reactions of organism as a criterion for the threshold at hygienic regulation of harmful chemical compounds and as a crite- rion for prenosological states of the workers’ organism in the conditions of chemical production. As the method- ology of determination of the general nonspecific adaptive reactions (GNAR) served the analysis of the ratio of formed elements white blood cells, accordingly them there were distinguished: reaction training, calm and in- creased activation, over activation, acute and chronic stress. By comparing the sensitivity of GNAR and clinical- laboratory parameters used to establish the threshold of chronic action of the 18 chemical compounds related to the different chemical classes, found out that from 10 to 50 % of the cases of changes in organism of the experi- mental animals, considered as threshold, they were accompanied by development of the pathological GNAR
