International Journal of Food Microbiology publishes contributions dealing with all aspects of food microbiology. Papers submitted for publication must be novel and of high scientific quality and impact. International Journal of Food Microbiology does not publish preliminary or confirmatory results. Full-length original research papers, short communications, review articles and book reviews in the fields of bacteriology, immunology, mycology, parasitology, virology, food safety and food fermentation are welcomed.
