The Administrative Law Review (RDA) is edited by the Getulio Vargas Foundation School of Law (FGV DIREITO RIO). It is published and distributed in partnership to the FGV Publisher and Forum Publisher. The RDA is continuously edited since 1945 and, with a four-month regularity, it presents articles about Public law and Legal Theory in an actual and interdisciplinary way. This Review also presents an analysis of the Brazilian legal institutions decisions and counts with notable contributions in the national and international scenario.
