ABOUT Romanitas

Romanitas - Journal of Greco-Roman Studies is a bi-annual journal focused on the dissemination of unpublished works in the form of dossiers, articles, interviews and reviews. The journal exhibits an interdisciplinary vocation, seeking to bring together researchers in History, Letters and Archeology who devote themselves to the study of Classical Antiquity, a field of knowledge that has experienced a significant increase in Brazil over the last years. Maintained by the Laboratory of Studies on the Roman Empire of the Federal University of Espírito Santo, Romanitas intends to give visibility to the intellectual production of the researchers linked to the national postgraduate system, besides promoting the exchange with foreign specialists, an indispensable requirement for consolidation of the area..
