Ukrainian Assembly of doctors of sciences in public administration, together with the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, is a co-founder of the collection «Public management» and received Certificate On making publishing entity in the state register of publishers, manufacturers and distributors of publishing products (received International standard numbers of books ISBN, which provide the opportunity to publish scientific monographs, textbooks and books). In November 2015 the first issue of the collection «Public management» was printed. The International Standard Serial Number ISSN 2414-0562 is assigned to the collection.
The editorial board of the collection is formed with the representatives of separate section, due to the professional direction of each scientist, that facilitate esteemed readers and potential authors the process of application to members of the editorial board with the questions, comments and suggestions to materials about scientific cooperation. It includes 60 doctors of science from Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Bolharyiyi, Canada and others.
With the purpose of increasing the cognitive and publication activities of the collection «Public management» he is added to the international scientometrics database РИНЦ and КиберЛенинка, and to the domestic database «Україніка наукова».
In accordance with the requirements of the database SCOPUS, Web of Science and objectively evaluation of the quality of articles submitted for publication in the «Public management» the Regulations from the questions of the internal review of the print media publication «Public management» was approved and the composition of the Expert Committee from the questions of internal review of the print media publication «Public management» was appointed.
Also, in order to support policies aimed on the compliance of the principles of publishing ethics the Regulations on publishing ethics and unfair publishing practice of the print media publication «Public management» was appointed and the Commission on publishing ethics and unfair publishing practice of the print media publication «Public management» was established.
The main items of the collection «Public management» are:
theory and history of Public Administration;
public service;
mechanisms of public administration;
regional administration and local government;
social and humanitarian policy;
research and development projects.
Languages of publication are Ukrainian, English (mixed).
