JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR RESEARCH has started its publications to fill the gap in the area of organizational behaviour. JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR RESEARCH is an international peer-reviewed academic journal with qualified research papers in the area of organizational behaviour. The journal language is Turkish and English. Our journal uses double-blind review process where both the reviewers and the authors are anonymous. For the beginning the journal is published electronically for twice a year in March and September.
The aim of JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR RESEARCH is to investigate behaviours by linking theory with practice and to help understand behaviours of people in business. In doing so, an organization gets most out of its most important resource, human, and manages employees’ behaviours better.
