Constitutional Legality and Democracy is a journal which aims to gather research on the relation between Law, Constitution and Politics in the context of the democratic crisis, demonstrating its concrete impacts on human rights. In this perspective, the link between facts, including the historical dimension, legal norms and justice with the collective decision that creates a Constitution represents the grounds to understand the constitutional erosion. The diffuse effects of that process will be investigated through its consequences in relation to a variety of minorities, concentrating the studies in two lines of research: a) Human rights, protection of democracy and local impacts of constitutional erosion; b) Policy and social-environmental development in regional matters.
