The "Revista de Investigações Constitucionais" (Journal of Constitutional Research), founded in 2014, is an electronic open access journal, published every four months and promoted by NINC - Núcleo de Investigações Constitucionais (Constitutional Research Center) from the Federal University of Paraná - Brasil (www.ninc.com.br). Its Editorial Board consists of renowned jurists linked to higher education institutions in Brazil, Germany, Austria, Argentina, Australia, Chile, United States of America, Italy and Venezuela.
The editorial line follows the axis of concentration of NINC research activities, focusing on the critical study of constitutional law and the legal and political institutions, from the standpoint of democracy, state intervention, fundamental rights and justice theories, with a particular emphasis on issues inserted into the connection point between the Constitutional Law and other related legal branches such as the Electoral Law, Administrative Law and Theory of the State.
