The purpose of the International Journal of Nutrology IJN is to publish a wide range of articles that describe scientific mechanisms, efficacy, and safety of dietary interventions in the context of disease prevention or health benefit. Public health, epidemiologic and experimental studies relevant to human nutrition, and investigations that employ epigenetic, genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic approaches are encouraged.
