Revista Direito, Estado e Sociedade is a semiannual journal, founded in 1991, linked to PUC Rio’s Postgraduate Program in Law. Its classification is A1 in the QUALIS system of CAPES (Brazilian Federal Agency for the Improvement of Higher Education). Its main goal is to diffuse academic knowledge, spreading interdisciplinary and innovative work with quality approved through a peer-review process.
