The mission of Revista de Direito Magis is to create a free online repository of academic articles. In this way, promoting its dissemination and maximizing the dialogue between researchers from national and foreign institutions in matters related to its editorial line: Social Sciences in Contemporary Society. To this end, the Revista de Direito Magis brings together articles, academic works, opinions, comments on jurisprudence, bibliographical reviews, in Portuguese and in foreign languages, selected by the double blind system, in order to provide the academic community with a scientific-legal repository that offer critical and constructive analyzes beyond the mere state of the art.
